As soon as we have the confirmation from the product supplier ie Hotel, rental car agency, tour operator, Our travel specialists, Patricia or Doug Miller will then issue your accommodation documentation, charge against your credit card(s), and then email you with the reservation voucher\documentation complete with the "confirmation of reservation" reference number from the hotel or product supplier.
By supplying your credit card details, you are authorizing us to make the reservation on your behalf and charge to charge your credit card with the cost of the accommodation, tour or service.
INNZ EZI CHANGE Policy.Please note that we do not charge a booking fee for making reservations for you, but cancellations after we have issued your reservation documents or during your stay at the hotel will incur a cancellation charge of NZ$25 to cover our costs. If you wish to amend your booking after we have issued your vouchers, a NZ$15 amendment/re-documentation fee per hotel will apply. BUT please note amendments must be advised to us at least 48 hours prior of your arrival date and are subject to the Hotel's amendment and cancellation policy, as advised to Innz Travel Office. The amended booking is subject to availablity at the hotel and our advertised rates for the revised date(s). CANCELLATIONS. Please note that cancellations after we have made the reservation or issued your reservation documents or during your stay at the hotel will incur a cancellation charge of NZ$25. There are no refunds made for non-arrival at the booked product supplier ie Hotel, rental car agency, tour operator.

We recommend that you give us at least 12 hours notice prior to your intended arrival at the hotel, so we can advise you of the options and arrange alternative accommodation for you, if there are no vacancies at the hotel you requested.

If we are unable to obtain a reservation at the hotel, rental car agency or product supplier of your choice, we will use our best efforts to secure a reservation at a similar style hotel or rental car agency etc for you and keep you advised of the options available. In this case your credit card will not be charged until we have received your approval.
